Council of Elders

The Council of Elders is what other crypto organizations would call an advisory team.  It is comprised of people with at least 4 years of experience in the crypto world and significant finance and/or entrepreneurial experience.

To join the council an individual must be a dues paying BKS member and demonstrate the necessary experience to be invited to the Council.  There will be a short interview process and existing Council members must vote on each new prospective member.  Once accepted, new members will be required to hold at least 1,000,000 BLKS and invest in the Masternode Reserve Fund.
